If you want to source property yourself or just get the full lowdown on the ‘Buy-to-let’game before taking the plunge, our one day, one to one coaching sessions are invaluable......a small expense compared to the £000’s you could end up paying for expensive errors that can be made when are you new to the game...also fully tax deductable as a property business expense.

If you end up using our property sourcing service after a coaching session, the full cost of the coaching service will be refunded on completion of your first deal.

The one to one coaching is conducted by the owner and Managing director of Fresh Avenue Ltd, James Syson who is a landlord of 50+ properties since 1997.  As well as covering the main areas of residential ‘Buy to Let’ investing knowledge James will give you the full benefit of his experience and point out the many pitfalls of property investing that many courses and books simply don’t cover.

The cost of a one day session is £995, which includes lunch & a visit to look at a real live buy-to-let portfolio in action!

Sessions normally commence at 8.30 and run through until 6pm.
