We are going to be launching two Property Funds in the New Year:
The Welbeck Fund – ‘Buy, Refurbish & Sell’
The Chatsworth Fund – Buy & Hold
Investors can invest in both or either fund, the total funds are used to either buy property, refurbish and sell to investors at a profit or buy property and hold for 5-6 years on a buy to let basis receiving profiting through rental income and eventual sale in six years.
Each investor will invest in a Ltd company which represents each fund, which in turn own the properties. Each investor has a share in the Ltd company and thus a share of the profits. Each fund has full ownership of each property it buys and thus provides 100% security over each investor’s total investment.
The minimum investment per investor will be £25,000 - £50,000.
The fund is only open to sophisticated investors and each investors is required to sign a sophisticated investor form.
