I was looking for a no nonsense property investment. I wanted a new build property as I favour these. Fresh Avenue Property sourced a me a nice flat with carpets and appliances thrown in for a 17% discount off the RIC’s valuation & ready to let. I’ve have dealt with new build developers before and often the discount they offer is not genuine but in this particular case Fresh Avenue negotiated a genuine discounted deal. The estate agent recently valued it at £80,000 for a quick sale and I purchased for £65,000. Very pleased, although I’m not going to sell and will probably rent it out for the forseeable future.
